Chapter 48 - A Page Turner!

When 2020 hit, we were all filled with anticipation and excitement at all the fascinating prophecies that were to be fulfilled. A sudden turn of events taking on the form of a pandemic this nation has never seen. While tensions were yet high and quarantine began to take its effect, racial injustices rose to the surface as if it were something new on the horizon. Yet while all these outward tensions were happening, inward struggles were also being revealed. How we reacted to those inner struggles can make or break the rest of what seems to be an unbelievable year that we all perhaps wished were over. Somehow, we managed to take every bit of pressure and frustration and journeyed toward things we had endeavored to do but never found the time. Hence, I find myself in Chapter 48 - a page-turner!

Why? You might ask, is Chapter 48 a page-turner. In what was one of the most difficult years, at midnight the page will forever be turned for the better. I looked back over the last 6 months and realized that despite the difficulties, God has enabled me to do more in these 6 months then I was ever able to do in the years past. His divine connections and my quarantined times have allowed me to create and complete projects I never thought possible. As my new year comes in, I am happy to see how the next few months will unfold. So, I challenge you not to reflect on all that you couldn't do but all that you were able to do. Let your new chapter be a page-turner for you and all who read it and guess what it doesn't have to be your birthday to make it happen!
